Black Pepper Marcaroni (Jenny)

To Cook (Serves 10)

  • 400g Marcaroni
  • 8 pcs Small onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbspn Black Peppercorn
  • 400g Minced pork meat
  • 6 pcs Hot dog (cut to small pcs)
  • 80g Mix peas
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 2 pcs Chilli padi (cut to small pcs) - Optional
  • 2 1/2 pcs Knorr chicken stock cubes
  • Blend small onions, garlic and black peppercorn to paste.
  • Boil marcaroni till soft (don't overcook).
  • Heat up wok, add 2-3 tablespoons of butter.
  • When butter melts, add in black pepper paste and fry for about 2-3 mins until fragrant.
  • Add in the curry leaves and chilli padi, fry for about 1 min then add in minced meat, hotdog and mix peas.
  • Fry until meat changes colour, then add in chicken stock cubes and fry until chicken cubes dissolve, then add in marcaronic and some dark soy sauce.
  • Fry and mix well.
