Black Pepper Marcaroni (Jenny)

To Cook (Serves 10)
- 400g Marcaroni
- 8 pcs Small onions
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbspn Black Peppercorn
- 400g Minced pork meat
- 6 pcs Hot dog (cut to small pcs)
- 80g Mix peas
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 2 pcs Chilli padi (cut to small pcs) - Optional
- 2 1/2 pcs Knorr chicken stock cubes
- Blend small onions, garlic and black peppercorn to paste.
- Boil marcaroni till soft (don't overcook).
- Heat up wok, add 2-3 tablespoons of butter.
- When butter melts, add in black pepper paste and fry for about 2-3 mins until fragrant.
- Add in the curry leaves and chilli padi, fry for about 1 min then add in minced meat, hotdog and mix peas.
- Fry until meat changes colour, then add in chicken stock cubes and fry until chicken cubes dissolve, then add in marcaronic and some dark soy sauce.
- Fry and mix well.
