To Cook (Serves 2)
- Lamb cutlets
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic, crushed
- Small tin butter beans
- Sage leaves, shredded
- Lemon
- Season the lamb cutlets and grill.
- Heat oil and cook the garlic for a few minutes.
- Add the beans and heat. Add the sage leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
- Roughly crush and serve.
