To Cook (Serves 2)

  • Lamb cutlets
  • Olive oil
  • 1 garlic, crushed
  • Small tin butter beans
  • Sage leaves, shredded
  • Lemon
  • Season the lamb cutlets and grill.
  • Heat oil and cook the garlic for a few minutes.
  • Add the beans and heat. Add the sage leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
  • Roughly crush and serve.
