To Cook
- 2 onions, sliced
- Butter
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 400g spinach, chopped
- 1 tub ricotta
- 4 tbs grated parmesan
- Fresh lasagna sheets
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Cook onions and garlic in butter.
- Add spinach and wilt.
- Mix the ricotta with the parmesan and stir into the spinach.
- Layer the lasagna sheets, spinach mix and tomatoes, finishing with grated parmesan.
- Cook for 1 -1.5 hours until bubbling and hot.
