To Cook

  • 2 onions, sliced
  • Butter
  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 400g spinach, chopped
  • 1 tub ricotta
  • 4 tbs grated parmesan
  • Fresh lasagna sheets
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • Preheat oven to 190C.
  • Cook onions and garlic in butter.
  • Add spinach and wilt.
  • Mix the ricotta with the parmesan and stir into the spinach.
  • Layer the lasagna sheets, spinach mix and tomatoes, finishing with grated parmesan.
  • Cook for 1 -1.5 hours until bubbling and hot.
